Properties

There are 46 units at Palmetto 8, mostly owned by residents, with a few rental units available. The first unit opened in early 2007, with the remaining units open by 2008. There are 8 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, 4 three-bedroom units, and 10 two-bedroom townhouses at Palmetto 8. There are no set rental rates; the rate for each unit is set by the owner.

All units have stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and hardwood floors.  All units have a balcony or other direct outside access. The two main buildings have an elevator.
