Pets are allowed at Palmetto 8, but please be sure to review our rules and regulations regarding pets on the Services and Info page of this website.

All tenants must complete this form to register EACH pet in their unit. All dogs and cats living at Palmetto 8 must be licensed by the City of Chattanooga and registered with the Palmetto 8 Condominium Association. Failure to do so may trigger a $100 fine to the unit owner for any animals not licensed.
**All pets that remain in a unit for more than two weeks during a year must be licensed and registered.
